Enrollment


 

We are committed to offering your child a quality uninterrupted learning experience and look forward to welcoming students for remote learning on August 5th!

Our new enrollment system will allow families to complete the enrollment process entirely online. Here are some important things you should know:

  • New students must complete this new enrollment form.
  • Returning students will need a snapcode to complete the new enrollment form. Please contact your school to get your individual snap code. One will also be sent to you by mail in July.
  • You will need to submit a separate enrollment form for each student you wish to enroll.
  • By completing this new enrollment form, you will be registered for the 2020-21 school year. In other words, you will be registered for both remote learning and in-person learning when/if we reopen schools.
  • When the start date for reopening schools is determined, you will not have to re-register. A separate form will be sent by your child's school to collect your preference for in-person or remote learning.

GALLEGO ENROLLMENT

Enrollment applications for Gallego Intermediate and Gallego Primary are being accepted via a Gallego-Only Form. Any applications submitted via the Student Enrollment Request Form listed above will not be processed.

Documents You'll need for Registration

To complete the registration process at any of the Sunnyside Schools you will need the following for each student:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Parent/Guardian ID Card
  • Proof of Residence - 1 item -(i.e. Driver's License/ID with Current Address, Rental Lease Agreement or Deed, Current Utility Bill)

Please Note: Parent or Legal Guardian's Signature is necessary on enrollment forms.
