Our Mission is to provide services and materials necessary to ensure that all students achieve academic success through honesty, integrity, opportunity, service, skill, dedication and teamwork.
Supporting every aspect of education we are in constant interaction with school and district administrators, teachers and individual departments to facilitate the purchase and delivery of materials and the control and disposal school property.

Our Major Functions Are:

  • Procurement of materials, equipment, services and construction.
  • Recording and inventorying district capital assets.
  • Disposal of Surplus Materials throughout the school district.
  • Register for surplus auctions
  • Warehousing and distribution of materials and equipment.

Dear Valued Vendors! On January 26, 2026, the District will be transitioning to a new eProcurement solution (OpenGov) for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses.
