We are pleased to announce that through the expansion of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), we will continue to provide breakfast and lunch at no charge to all SUSD K-12 School Sites and will not be collecting meal applications for this school year at these 20 school sites.
| Apollo Middle School | Elvira Elementary School | Liberty Elementary School | Santa Clara Elementary School |
| Challenger Middle School | Esperanza Elementary School | Los Amigos Teach Academy | Sierra K-8 School |
| Craycroft Elementary School | Gallego Primary | Los Ninos Elementary School | STAR Academic School |
| Desert View High School | Gallego Intermediate | Mission Manor Elementary School | Summit View Elementary |
| Drexel Elementary School | Lauffer Middle School | Rivera Elementary School | Sunnyside High School |
We will still need to collect a Meal Benefit Income Eligibility Form for students attending Ocotillo Learning Center (Preschool). Due to Ocotillo Learning Center no longer providing Kindergarten and First grade at their site and only serving Preschool students they will now be under the CACFP program which requires all Ocotillo students to fill out an Meal Benefit Income Eligibility Form.

We served over 3.8 million breakfast, lunch, A la Carte and adult lunches in 2018-2019. Every Sunnyside District school provides a Free and Reduced Meals Program for eligible students. All meals served in our schools meet USDA / ADE criteria for nutritious meals.
Each school also participates in the Roving Chef Program at least once per year. This program highlights hands-on nutrition education by providing cooking classes for students at each elementary and middle school across the district. To find out more about this program visit our Roving Chef page.
