  • The Health and Wellness division promotes a healthy workforce by supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through wellness initiatives, resources, and preventative programs, this team helps employees maintain balance, reduce stress, and build sustainable healthy habits that contribute to overall job satisfaction and productivity.

  • HR Specialists provide direct support to employees and supervisors on a wide range of employment matters. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, classification, and policy interpretation. The team ensures consistent application of HR practices while serving as a resource for guidance, problem-solving, and day-to-day personnel needs. Payroll Specialists

  • The Risk Management division works to protect employees, students, and the organization by identifying, reducing, and managing risk. This includes workers’ compensation, safety programs, claims coordination, and compliance with applicable regulations. The goal is to promote safe workplaces while minimizing operational and financial risk to the district.
