Low Cost Internet

Whether for doing homework, finding a job or learning new skills, all families can benefit from affordable Internet connectivity. Sunnyside is proud to be working with Cox Communications and their Connect2Comepete Low-Cost internet solution. 

What is Connect2Complete?

Connect2Compete (C2C) is a national non-profit working to bring digital opportunity to 100M unconnected Americans through low-cost Internet. C2C is working with leading school districts and today’s technology companies to provide offers of low-cost high-speed Internet for students and their families.

Who Qualifies?

Eligibility requirements:

  • Have a child in the home who receives free school meals through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
  • Not have subscribed to Cox Internet service within the last 90 days.
  • Not have any outstanding debt with Cox.

How to apply?

  • Step 1:
    Fill out the Connect2Compete Application online or request one be mailed to you at 1-855-222-3252.
  • Step 2:
    Obtain signed RELEASE FORM confirming your child’s free lunch eligibility.
    RELEASE FORMS are also available at the SUSD District Office (2238 E. Ginter Rd) and can be verified and signed by a member of the Federal Programs Department.
  • Step 3:
    Return signed Connect2Compete Application + RELEASE FORM to Connect2Compete for processing (via email or mail).
  • Step 4:
    Connect2Compete will provide notification upon approval of application. They will connect the family with Cox to schedule internet installation.

PLEASE NOTE: Release Form must be from the current school year.
