Find Bus Stops by using your home address or school. Or request and/or confirm transportation services.

Eligibility Notice

  • This year, bus transportation service will no longer be available for open enrolled students. It will be necessary for the families of open enrolled students to provide transportation. This includes students who are enrolled in a school other than the school they would normally attend.
  • Walking distances to school: students living within the approved walking radius of their school will not be provided transportation; exceptions to this rule will be addressed on a case by case basis. Below are the approved distances by grade levels:
    • Elementary School, one-mile
    • Middle School, one-mile
    • High School, one and a half miles
  • Those students remaining in the S.U.N. program will continue to receive transportation services.
  • Magnet students will be provided transportation services.
  • Special Education students will be provided transportation services as set out in their Individual Education Plans (IEP).
  • We look forward to serving our students and their families next year and anticipate this new system for providing routing will result in improved transportation service for all Sunnyside Unified School District families.     • Los servicios de transporte ya no estarán disponibles para los estudiantes bajo matriculación abierta. Las familias de los estudiantes bajo matriculación abierta tendrán que proporcionar su propio transporte.
    • El transporte para los estudiantes asistiendo a la escuela Gallego Fine Arts Magnet continuará.
    • Los estudiantes que viven dentro del área de caminar aprobada de su escuela no se les proporcionará transporte; excepciones a esta regla serán tratadas individualmente. A continuación se presentan las distancias aprobadas por nivel de grado:
      • Escuela primaria - 1 milla
      • Escuela secundaria – 1 milla
      • Preparatoria – 1 milla y media
    • Los estudiantes en Educación Especial se les proporcionará servicios de transporte según lo establecido en su Plan de Educación Individual (IEP) (por sus siglas en inglés).

    How to Search for Bus Routes using Home Address

    • Step 1: Go to edulog WebQuery site (Click Here).

    • Step 2: Enter your home Address in the following format:
      • 2238 E Ginter Road
      • Do not include Zip Code
      • Only Use N W E S, not North, West, East, South )

    • Step 3: (Optional) Select Grade and/or Program to help narrow results

    • Step 4: Click GO.

    • Step 5: Click on the school you wish to see Bus Routes for.
      • If Bus Routes are available for your address they will display below the list of schools
