Attendance It is important that you understand the Attendance Policy. Attendance is crucial. Each day of summer school will cover the work of over one week of regular school. In order to get your credit for a course, you may not miss more than one day of school each semester. Three tardies will count as an absence; six tardies will result in no credit as will two absences or a combination of an absence and three tardies.
Final exams will NOT be administered early by any teacher.
Registration is on a “first come, first served basis”. Earlier registrants will have a better chance of enrollment. After a class is full, the student will be placed on a waiting list. If space becomes available, the student will be notified.
Enroll Early In order to assure your admission into the course or courses of your choice, you are urged to register as early as possible. It is recommended that you consult with your guidance counselor about which courses you should take. Please keep in mind that classes fill up fast and your first choice preference might be full, it is important that you fill out an alternative course. There could be a possibility that a course could be dropped due to lack of enrollment, again it is important for alternative choices.
If you are a SUSD student, payments can be made in the bookstore at your respective school site.
