Student Rights and Responsibilities and Code of Conduct Handbook

The Sunnyside Unified School District has established district policies to promote a positive and safe environment in every school that is conducive to optimal teaching and learning.  This district guidelines and code of conduct handbook is designed to help students, parents, teachers, staff, and administrators understand the policies and guidelines adopted by the Sunnyside Governing Board regarding the following:

• Student rights and responsibilities;
• Discipline policies;
• Procedures to be followed when implementing discipline;
• Due Process
