Rivera Spelling Bee Team at District Spelling Bee

Our Rivera Spelling Bee Team participated in the Sunnyside District Spelling Bee on January 26th at Desert View High School. Pedro Valasquez-Quirrin, Kevin Sanchez, Andrea Fierro, Luis Amparano, Ryan Martin, Matthew Shelby, Maricela Quiroga, Judith Cazares, and Damara Ruelas all made us proud with their hard work, good sportsmanship, bravery and excellent manners. We couldn’t ask for better representatives of our student body than our team. The best news is that they are all planning to participate again next year! Good work, guys!
