When attempting troubleshoot problems with your classroom technology, it is essential that students are empowered to take responsibility for fixing problems on their own whenever possible.

Students who are shown basic and simple steps to address connectivity and file management problems are not only more likely to be able to help themselves, but are also much more likely to help others (including their teacher)!
