Roving Chef

For the Roving Chef class, Food Service chefs visit the schools and work with a small group student volunteers training them in sanitation and food safety, food preparation, and healthy eating habits. The students work on a healthy menu, such as chicken and vegetable stir fry over brown rice, and learn to prepare the whole meal with assistance from the Roving Chefs.
