Research Screening Form

Thank you for your interest in conducting research in our district.  Please, fill out the attached  Research Request Screening Form  and return it to my office.  Your information will help us to determine how we can assist you in your research efforts.

Our committee will give your research proposal serious consideration.  The mission of the Sunnyside Unified School District is to ensure that all students achieve academic success and contribute positively to a diverse, changing, democratic society. 

District research interests are in the areas of:

1. Increasing academic potential and achievement for diverse learners
2. Reducing at-risk behaviors that decrease dropout and increase graduation rates
3. School improvement
4. Leadership
5. Collective inquiry on student learning
6. College readiness
7. Safe & Orderly schools

To begin the process, please complete the Screening Form and email a completed copy to JeanF@susd12.org.  We will contact you as soon as a final decision has been made.
