Philosophy & Mission

The preschool special education program provides children ages 3-5 with opportunities to develop communication skills, social skills, and basic problem-solving abilities along with the confidence and motivation to learn. Children engage in developmentally appropriate activities which encourage creative responses and freedom to explore. Integration with community programs enriches individual growth and development. Creating and shaping the best education experience for each student is achieved through ongoing communication and involvement with families and staff.
